Cancellation Policy

There is a $250 Booking Fee. Once You have completed your booking and returned the facility to it's correct state, you will receive $200 back 72 hours later. Should you need to change you event date, we require at least 21 days notice and we will make all efforts to secure another date for you. You are entitled to one date change within the 21 day period; there will be an additional $75 rebooking fee for each rescheduled event after the first date. Your balance is due 21 days before the event. If you are not paid by the due date, there will be a $100 late fee applied. If you are not paid in full 14 days before the event, your event will be cancelled and you forfeit any prior payments.
